Drogue et alcool
Group NB adheres to a zero tolerance policy for workers being under the influence of drugs or alcohol while at work (including cannabis and its by-products).
It is also prohibited to bring towork, resale or to have any drug and alcoholic products, in your possession while on the work site.
Employees under suspicion of being under the influence of such products may be asked to go home.
Employees who fail to comply with Group NB drug and alcohol policy are subject to disciplinary action that could extend to termination of work.
It’s imperative that employees arrive and execute their tasks at work sober for all to have a safe work environment.
